Brescia information
Brescia is located in Lombardy region, northern Italy, about 110 kilometers east of Milan. Brescia main cathedral, called "Duomo Nuovo" or, better, "cattedrale estiva di Santa Maria Assunta" was built starting from year 1604 in Mannerism and Baroc style, and hosts several artistic operas, like the Renaissance "Arca di Sant'Apollonio" painted in year 1510. In addition, Brescia has countless churches and several museums, including the "Mille Miglia" museum (thousands miles museum) dedicated to the famous race, hosting rare historical cars and pictures.

Many are the attractions located in the immediate vicinity of Brescia, making this city an ideal base to visit northern Italy.
